A total of 31 players showed up for the new type of event as this event was like no other as the Knock stage had a spice to it!

Players could go any club team they wanted in the group stages whilst i explained to players that after group stages it would be slightly different as Knockouts saw different teams being used from different leagues.

Group1 came with a few shocks as Rascal and procat hot favourites saw finish 3rd and 4th but hands down to lipu and bad_boy_g as Lipu topped the group the guy was shocked bless him! and bad_boy_g what can i say keeps improving day by day watch the space!

Group2 saw georgethegman and nachonoble take up the places into the next round whilst both finished on 6 points it was vital the last game as it was the show down between the 2 but both decided to void it as they wanted to speed things up nice sport guys!

Group3 saw pirate and newbie alyj through whilst pirate finished top with 6 points alyj also finished with 6points only diference was goal difference which saw pirate take top spot!

Group4 was probably the "THE GROUP OF DEATH" i must say it was a shock seeing cesc finish bottom as he is rated as a very good player on pesrankings! whilst i rate him highly so do others! but congrats to Robmclean finishing top whilst mazidiris came 2nd to go through to KO round

Group5 saw Abes top the group whilst newbie Smokeyj coming 2nd! these newbies are really something to look out for!

Group8 saw miller and eggbert come through the 3 man group! both were firm favourites to go through! but given credit to mackers28 beacuse its not an easy group to have eggbert and miller beacuse both players are catching form!

The first Knockout round saw people switch from being able to pick any team they would like to only premiership teams as Pirate qualified with a 5-3 win which saw him book his place to the quarters.

Whilst Lee0mac continued his Sunderland Legacy and beat Bad_boy_g 2-1 i must say it was a lucky lucky win but well played to beat man united with sunderland is not an easy job.

Whilst Robmclean sneaked a win against eggbert 3-2.

Also Abes was given a void win was a shame as Nachonobel cudnt get into game :(.

The others to qualify were Smokeyj hands down to the new player as he beat Phenom01 another newbie 2-0 we also saw miller beat lipu 2-1 it saw the end of the road for lipu.

The semi=final saw players pick from Other League A and most well lets just say everyone decided porto was the team to be! Ahh if only the 2 newbies had to meet and it was such a close encounter as Smokeyj was winning 1-0 until extra time and Alyj equalised and it went to extra time as Alyj took it by the skin of his teeth 3-2 whilst the other game saw Rob play lee it was a RobLey win for RobMclean! wel played Rob from getin the 2-1 vs lee as lee was so strong this event

The final saw the hom team which was rob given inter as they were assigned to who was ever home and alyj was given ac milan as they were assigned to the away team!Rob went on to win just to show he's stil got it in him to win my 2nd event well done my man!

This was the first official event held this season on the Nintendo Wii. It is also the first time on PES Rankings that players from outside the UK and Ireland could compete.

A total of 14 players showed up for a chance to win Silent Hill: Shattered Memories for the Nintendo Wii.

Players could go any club team they wanted and the control type used for this event was Playmaker (Remote and Nunchuck).

Speedy619 was the only player to resign from the event due to not being well. We all hope he feels better soon and hope to see you in the next event. Elsewhere in the group NewTomek produced a fantastic 9-1 win against duckarse (Best username ever?). Quite a few players shocked though when wojsoc then managed to beat NewTomek 3-2.

Killaklo got the biggest win in this group beating mutamax 5-1. That happened to be mutamax's only goal of the tournament as he went on to lose his other two games. In the deciding match for 2nd mooderino came out on top with a 3-0 win against Ramit.

Jonimakaroni progressed with ease in his group with two victories. In the deciding match for second Ballack edged out the winner in what was a very tight encounter with wiigamer92.

Samhughes33 produced the biggest win of the event beating rougvie83 10-1. In a must win game for rougvie83 he lost in a close game 3-2 against Mufcevo who then managed to fight out a draw against the goalscoring machine Samhughes33.

Some very tight games there and interestingly all the german players Ballack, NewTomek and KillaKlo beat british players. Jonimakaroni from sweden was the other player to go through.

4 players got byes at the beginning, leaving 12 other fixtures to be played. Newly recruited admin badboy g got off to a winning start with a solid 2-0 win, and into the last 16 he went. Zanderzane and pure both eded their opponents by the odd goal. Current London Champ Footimaster beat Nachonoble 4-2, and Bogged put in a very strong performance to beat MrM 3-0. Samir, Priest and Rascal94 all got the better of Mackers, P.BASHER and Maz respectively.

After voids for diablo and badboy, the rest of the opponents battled it out for a place in the quarter finals. Footimaster posted the biggest scoreline with a 5-1 win. Samir69k won 4-3 against small team king Abes, Priest beat Rascal, destroyer of Maz, and Sykes and eggbert both went through on 1-0 victories. Azy beat Rogue 3-1.

Due to connection issues, the coin toss had to be implemented to decide between Azy and Diablo. I revelaed the answer before to Abes, and after Diablo called Abes, he secured his spot to the semi finals. Badboyg beat pure dom 4-2 to make an interesting clash in the first semi final. Priest secured yet another 1-0 win, showing the importance of a strong defence. In the final game, revenge was on the cards for sykes, who only this Sunday was defeated by Footimaster in the London play.com event, and he got exactly beating favourite Footi.

diablo007 scraped a 1-0 to book a place in the finals against either sykes or Priest. These two would be an intriguing match. A player who hadn't conceded a goal, versus a player who beat the favourite. Priest's defensive strength limiting sykes to one goal was crucial in the 3-1 win.

Priest wins on penalties.

A very good final, and a testament to both players that only penalties could seperate them. Priest won the shootout and his first ever event! Very well done to priest and he wins Silent Hill: Shattered Memories for the Wii.

seemed very tight the only two games that stuck out for me were RobMclean and WillyLawsons as it went to extra time and WillyLawson was fighting to get back into the game! Very unlucky WillyLawson! it was a tight game but RobMclean eventually nicked it with a goal to win 3-2, in the other game bad_boy_g went on to thrash Rogue_black 3-0 whilst bad_boy_g expected a better game from Rogue_black, bad_boy_g was fortunate to win in such a score.

The final showdown of RobMclean and diablo, there was alot rolling on this as diablo007 previously knockedout RobMclean in a previous tourney, so this saw RobMclean come for revenge! Robmclean was my firm favourite to win this from the very start! and he managed to thrash diablo007 6-1 to end up winning my first offical event. Well played Rob well deserved win!

This included a rare appearance online from RG|Leng_Jay the current PES Champion who was looking to continue his form this year and gain some points in the lead up to NorthvSouth.

As he was the highest ranked player, he was one of the favourites going into the event along with Shotzn3. Shotzn3 is currently on top form and seems to be winning Official Events for fun as he was amazingly looking to win his 6th XBOX Official Event in a row.

C.Kenny continues his good form of recent by cruising to the top of his group with 3 wins out of 3. 2nd place was a tight affair with robbie da red grabbing 2nd ahead of Emanuel09 after beating bottom placed lipu with Emanuel09 only managing a draw.

Group 2 proved to be a very tight affair with 3 players getting 6 points it was up to GD. The match that made the difference was between Eggbert and Shotzn3 as this proved to be the deciding factor on who went through. With a 4-0 win Eggbert not only put himself through top of the group but also putting Shotzn3, one of the favourites out.

Hav23 cruised through to the KOs with a 100% record, only 1 of 2 people that managed to do so. His convincing form had an effect on the rest of the group as there was 2 players in the group finishing on 4 points meaning it was down to GD, Rascal94 was the one lucky enough to join him in the KO.

In Group 4 Calmoore and Visar both went through respectively with both managing 2 wins to see them into the Knockouts with Visar topping the group by just one point by drawing with bottom placed Furious Skill

As predicted RG|Leng_Jay and Pirate continued their good form of late by grabbing full points from the other people in the group and going through. All that was left to be decided was who was going to top as 5th in Rankings played 6th and this was a tight affair and the group was settled in a 2-2 draw which put Leng_Jay top on GD.

In the other 2 Knockout Matches Hav23 eased passes Next.Utd.Boss 4-2 to book his place in the semis against RG|Leng_Jay who beat Eggbert22 in a close match 3-2.

C.Kenny was on form after destroying robbie da red in the previous round he found this tie more difficult waiting until extra time to wrap his game against Rascal94 up 2-1, RG|Leng_Jay continued his good form against Hav23 beating him 5-2 to show us why he was favourite to win the event and set up a final against C.Kenny.

C.Kenny was the ultimate underdog in this final and he proved himself to be a good adversary in the first half with the game being 1-1 at half-time. In the 2nd Half it was a different story though with RG|Leng_Jay showing his dominance by putting 2 goals away early in the 2nd half leaving C.Kenny with everything to do. But it was not meant to be as RG|Leng_Jay continued adding to the scoreline securing the win 5-1 and to therefore win the event overall!

This was an interesting group with Shotz and Pirate being inside the Top10. The rematch between Pirate and shotz from the previous event C.Kenny hosted ended in Shotz winning and gladly for Shotz it went his way again with a 1-0 win. Shotz winning the group and Pirate securing his place with 2 wins from his 3 games. Sadly LK79 had ihs work cut out for him as he didnt score a goal and never gained a point.

This group was the craziest as NextUtdBoss was the only one to get a win in this group. Every other game was a draw. That defeat unluckily put Viper Pro99 and chunkyzbk4good was unfortuntely put out only by being beat by Miller by Goals scored. As both men had the same points and a GD of zero.

Leng_Jay showed his class in this group as he was the only player to go through with a 100% win record and also to go through without conceding a single goal. Impressive! Lipu did enough to secure 2nd spot with 2 wins out of 3.

This was a very tight group also. Three players finishing with 6 points but calmoore goes through with a GD of +5 and C.Kenny goes through with a GD of +1. Hav23 had a GD of Zero. So close yet so far. BeatenGameover also joined LK79 as he didnt gain a single point in his games either

Another close group but Eggbert and hrpvilla jr did enouigh to go through. arab4life just lost out as hrpvilla picked up a 1-0 win against Tuffhousestaffs to send both men packing. Tuffhousestaffs also joined LK79 and BeatenGameover as he didnt gain a single point either.

A player who has struggled in many London events dating back to last season, Pure domination was a man on a mission to dispel his name as the London whipping boy! He and Pirate won their first four games before facing each other, ensuring qualification. But there were four spaces up for grabs for qualification. Welwyn had a difficult event losing all his games, meaning the Lizard, fccjd and Oz Idris batled for qualification spots. Oz pulled no surpises finishing third, but the extra point fccjd picked up proved pivotal in qualifying ahead of The Lizard. I'm sure he won't mind, his Son is talented enough.

PESRankings champion Leng Jay was in no mood to give away any points today, winning all of his games topping the group with ease. Urizen put in a strong performance also, only losing to Leng Jay himself, and earning himself a very respectable 10 points. Only one point seperated 3rd and 5th, with Mr M and PEZKing signalling the strength of victories, with 2 wins being sufficient to send them through, despite both losing one more than Irfy.

A group of 5 with 4 qualifying meant the challenge was to ensure you had a few points on board and to gather some momentum for KO's. pro_evo legend qualified most convincingly, unbeaten in all of his games. Nextutdboss and iranfc both got 7 points, and Sykes sole win was enough to put him through as DiegoLT struggled and lost all his games.

Favourite Footimaster was looking to break his PESRankings event duck for the season, and convingly topped the group. Andy stayed unbeaten in the process also, with Max_Allstars both picking up 4 points respectively. Foohads one point was sadly not enough.

Faithteamo2 was registered as I was assured he would be here in 10minutes. He never turned up so everyone in the groups was assured qualification. Greek nevertheless edged his games against Cesc and Maz abd convingly beat Magnificat to top the group. Maz and Cesc both beat Magnificat, and drew to each other to finish on 7 points each.

Pure Domination continued his strong form with an emphatic 6-1 win over Urizen. Max_Allstars couldn't take his chances and in the end it was comfortable for iranfc who won 3-0. Andy edged a 1-0 game against fccjd, and proevo_legend assaulted Rascal with a fantastic 7-1 win against Rascal.

The last 16 spelt a difficult day for Magnificat, who lost all his games that were played. PEZKing finished Nextutdboss' tournament with a 2-0 win. The_Greek edged through Mr M to face Leng_Jay in quarters who took Cesc out on penalties. Footimaster's strong backline and sole goal set up a clash against his opponents (Maz) brother, Oz Idris, who beat Pirate by the same scoreline, 1-0. Pure domination and proevo_legend were the other two to make the final 8 with wins over iranfc and Andy respectively.

In two tense and difficult games, again the importance of keeping a clean sheet was underlined as TheGreek and psychosykes beat Leng_Jay and PEZKING respectively 1-0. Oz Idris, probably sick of facing Footimaster, lost to him again this season, but again it was a tight game, with the score at 2-1. Pure domination edged proevo_legend in the tie of the round 4-3!

Psychosykes surprised the crowd storming to a 3-0 league against the current London champion, The_Greek. He held through well to get to the final and won 4-2 in the end. Footimaster ended Pure domination's excellent day with a 2-1 win to set up a final with Sykes.

A game to be decided by the smallest of margins, with both players proving to have stubborn backlines. Sykes' Blackburn vs Footimasters Bolton played out a typical affair between these two, but put that on a footie sim and it made it a very intriguing affair for the crowd. Footimaster was the favourite and did not disappoint, with 1 goal being enough to win the tournament.

greatest-ever87 finished with the greatest amount of points in his group, staying unbeaten. However, staying unbeaten wasn;t enough for Rascal94 as the 3 draws he picked up were not enough to pip Abes, who's win against pk_matthews ensured qualification.

chirag37 cruised the group winning 3/3 and scoring 13 goals in the process. Not much seperated 2nd to 4th, but Hilder picking up results against both of the players below him esnured his qualifcation.

Rob Mclean and paul dominated this group, both beating leeomac and Marchione and drawing with each other, both qualifying. Marchione's miserable performance was compounded when leoomac won their fixture.

Rogue Black's solidity in defence, only shipping one goal in the three group games was key to his 3 victories which put him top of the his group. bignick went AWOL so lews and hustler had to beat each other to qualify, and it was lews who came out on top and qualified.

Ambidextrous proved he is one of the best around, winning all his games without his goalkeeper having to pick the ball out his net. judgement65 lost all his games so qualification for Irfy depended on how they did against each other, and it was Mackers who came out on top in their fixture and qualified.

As Miller was unable to play, this became a group of 3, and Azy was the first to go through scoring 4 in two games, again without conceding. fccjd and Pure domination drew in their game, but because fccjd had a better result in the azy fixture, he pipped pure to the second qualification spot.

NachoNoble and diablo007 finished on equal points as they beat sanj.m and badboyg, and it drew when they faced each other, making sanj.m's victory over badboyg simply something to salvage some pride.

Diablo and Ambidextrous both had byes at the top of the draw, but there were still 6 fixtures to be played. Two were voided with Mackers28 and lews getting byes over Hilders and azy respectively. Of the games played, Rob beat fccjd, Rogue and Nachonoble edged chirag and abes, and greatestever beat paul 3-1.

diablo007 was on fire, but so was RobMclean. In an intriguing clash, diablo kept his nerve and took out the favourite, making him himself the player to beat for any the potwntial finalists who were lews and Nachonoble. Lews continued his fantastic run and beat Nachonoble 2-0.

He had a tendency to concede only 1, so for lews to win, he had to either better the attacking performance of the diablo's previous opponents, or shore up his defence. As the underdog, he gave a brave fight, but Diablo was in hot form, and wasn't to be stopped winning the event with a 3-1 win!

In the event were a couple of newly registerred pesrankings users along with a couple who had played less than 30 games so were eligible to join.

fire.fingers took an early lead in the table with 2 wins. The next game was a 2-2 draw between landerson and paul conz in which landerson was leading 2-1 with a 2 man advantage only to concede late on for a 2-2 draw.

Pr3Cision managed a good 4-0 win against fire.fingers to close the gap at top of the table but couldnt gain another win to take the lead so in the end fire.fingers managed to hold out to win and take away the £50 play.com voucher.
